Bayora Stays
A New Cairo serviced-apartment team with a 4.9 rating on Google and prices it already publishes. Their site showed neither well. I rebuilt it around the real numbers and the real reviews, with a four-question stay planner that ends in a ready WhatsApp booking.
Your Cairo home, ready before you land.
Bayora Stays runs furnished apartments in El Andalus (Fifth Settlement) and El Shorouk for families, business trips and monthly stays. Guests rate them 4.9 from 19 reviews on Google, and their site already lists a “from” price per night and a published 20% fee for property owners.
The site didn’t lead with any of that. The Google rating appeared nowhere, several listings shared one photo set, and many gallery photos were AI-edited or virtually staged, a risk for a business whose guests praise it in reviews for looking “just like the photos”.
This redesign concept puts their prices, their reviews and their own apartment photos first. It uses only what they publish on their site and their Google profile.
A short stay is bought on trust
A guest booking a flat they have never seen wants three answers: is it real, what will it cost, and who do I talk to. Bayora already had honest answers to all three. The site just had to say them first.
Proof up front
The 4.9 rating from 19 Google reviews sits in the hero, three reviews are quoted on the home page, and one button opens all of them on Maps.
A price before a chat
Four taps give a best match and a “from” total from the lowest published rate. It says plainly that cleaning fees and stay discounts are confirmed before you pay.
Owners get their own path
The 20% management fee they already publish becomes a separate page for property owners, a second line of business next to bookings.
Their navy and gold, made warmer
Their own navy and gold on a warm limestone ground, a row of small arches taken from the arch in their B logo, and Cormorant Garamond headlines over Jost text.
Their photos, picked with care
Apartment cards and the gallery use their own listing photos, choosing the least edited ones. The hero and the balcony band are AI mood images, kept until a real shoot replaces them.
Phone first
On a phone, a Call and WhatsApp bar stays at the bottom of the screen. Every page was checked at 390px wide with no sideways scroll.
Light and static
Five static pages, no framework, lazy images. The header, footer and contact links come from one config, so a phone number changes in one place.
The concept is hosted on a preview domain. The planner and the booking form are front-end only and hand everything to WhatsApp.
Next would be a real photo shoot of every apartment, a live availability calendar, an Arabic version, and the confirmed Airbnb rating next to Google’s.
