Fancy Care

A women’s aesthetics clinic in Riyadh needed a website that explains each treatment, takes appointment requests from a phone, and stays in the clinic’s hands after handover. I designed, built and launched it.

A clinic site that takes requests and stays editable.

Visitors arrive on a phone with two questions: is this treatment right for me, and when can I come in? The site answers them in that order. First what the clinic does, then what each treatment involves, then a short request form.

The clinic’s side mattered as much. Reception receives each request with the treatments, the day and the time window already chosen. The team changes text, images, offers and homepage sections without calling a developer.

Two languages

Arabic first. English mirrored.

Both versions share one layout, each in its own reading direction: Arabic from right to left, English from left to right. A visitor switches language from the header without losing her place.

Treatments

Explain the treatment before asking for a booking.

Each service opens to show what it is, who it suits, the number of sessions, session length and recovery time. Before-and-after results use a drag slider, and the site labels those images as illustrative.

Booking

One request instead of back-and-forth messages.

Visitors choose one or more treatments, a day and a preferred time window, then leave a name and a phone number. Days and times follow Riyadh time. Nothing is paid online; the clinic calls to confirm.

After handover

The clinic edits its own website.

Text and images are edited directly on the page. An Arabic admin area manages services, offers and homepage sections, and keeps an inbox of booking requests and inquiries, with optional sound alerts while reception has it open.
